Jonathan first fell in love with the French equivalent of Dulce de Leche – confiture de lait – on his travels in France. The luscious taste of milk caramel jam was irresistible.

Jonathan’s mission is to make the best handmade Dulce de Leche in Australia.

Since then, Jonathan has experimented with both traditional French and Argentinian recipes in an effort to perfect his own special milk caramel recipe.

He is still fascinated with the flavour and versatility of Dulce de Leche. Drizzling it over white cheese, adding a spoon to high-fibre breakfast cereal, creating a new recipe, or just simply spread on toast.

After cooking numerous batches over the years for his family and friends, Jonathan wanted to share his delicious handmade Dulce de Leche with you.
